If you're a Realry partner, no — your catalog is already in our index. If you're not, we connect your storefront via OAuth (Shopify / Cafe24 / Godomall) or a feed URL and ingest in about 10 minutes for 10k SKUs.
What languages does it speak?+
Native KO, EN, JP, FR, and ES out of the box. Detection by browser locale, override via attribute. The translation uses our localized catalog index, not generic LLM translation — so product names, sizing terms, and style language are correct.
Can shoppers checkout in the chat?+
Aeris adds items to cart inline. Checkout completes on your storefront — same flow your shoppers already know. Returns / exchanges escalate to email or your existing support inbox.
